What if you do not find a room for me?
Then you pay nothing. The fee is only due when you sign a rental contract through us.
Why do I pay, and not the landlord?
Because we only work for you. Dutch rules do not allow an agent to charge the renter when it also works for the landlord. We never do, so we can be fully on your side.
When and how do I pay?

Are there any other costs?
