One side of the table
When an agent is paid by the landlord, their job is to fill the room fast and at the best price for the landlord. That is fair for the landlord, but it is not help for you.
We are paid by you, so our job is simple: find a room that fits you, at a fair price, with a contract that holds up.
What it means in practice
- We tell you honestly when a room is not a good deal.
- We negotiate for you, not for the landlord.
- We check every clause of the contract before you sign.
- We tell you up front whether you can register at the address.
And the law agrees
In the Netherlands an agent may only charge a renter when they work for that renter alone. Working for both sides and charging both is not allowed. That is how we have always worked.
All of this for €1,500.Only when you sign your contract. Free to sign up.
