Why we exist

Finding a room in Amsterdam takes time, luck and a lot of messages that never get an answer. Most agents in the city work for landlords, so the renter is left to figure it out alone.

We turned that around. We search the market for you, check what we find, and stay on your side until you sign.

How we work

From the day you sign up, we search the Amsterdam market for you, every day. When a room fits, we email it to you with the price, the neighbourhood and the conditions. Like it? We arrange the viewing, make the offer and check the contract with you.

Signing up is free. You pay €1,500 only when you sign a contract for a room we found.
